Job summary

Source-Right in Greater London is seeking an Ai Architect to design and deliver AI-enabled features and agent-driven workflows in a hybrid work setup. The role requires hands-on Python development, experience with LLM APIs, and building production AI systems.

You will collaborate across teams, apply DevOps, and ensure quality and security in deployments. The candidate should have exposure to cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock/Azure Foundry) and familiarity with guardrails, evals, and RAG workflows.

Qualifications

• Transitioned from traditional software engineering to AI-first environments.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry or similar).
• Knowledge of interoperability standards (A2A, MCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and modern DevOps tooling.
• Wealth management experience is a must have.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI-enabled features and agent-driven workflows.
• Build resilient production systems leveraging cloud-native AI services and LLM APIs.
• Implement agent-based architectures with reasoning loops, guardrails, and observability.
• Collaborate across teams using agile and DevOps principles.
• Champion shift-left testing for AI solutions and ensure reliability.
• Monitor AI system behaviour and communicate risks and performance.
