B&H Worldwide is seeking a hands-on AI/LLM technical owner to design, build and deploy practical AI solutions. You will lead retrieval-augmented generation, document processing and copilot-style tools, ground LLM outputs in Company data, and integrate AI across systems, while ensuring governance, risk and performance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Degree calibre or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven years’ experience in software or data engineering, including recent hands-on delivery of LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI services; certifications desirable (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and deploy LLM-based applications including RAG, document processing and copilot-style tools.
• Build and maintain retrieval pipelines with vector databases and knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI/LLM solutions with existing systems via APIs and evaluate providers/frameworks.
• Prototype new AI capabilities and identify opportunities to automate processes.
• Ensure AI solutions are well-governed, tested and compliant.
