Job summary

Travel Chapter is seeking a Senior AI Developer to help shape the future of software delivery. The role is hybrid with regular office presence in Bristol or Bideford, part of our journey as a certified B Corp.

You'll work at the intersection of technology, product and business change, using AI coding agents and emerging tools to rapidly build solutions that solve real-world challenges, delivering tangible value across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software using AI coding agents.
• Ability turning business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with production deployments and live environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver software primarily through AI coding agents.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand problems and priorities.
• Design and develop bespoke internal applications and automations.
• Translate requirements into delivery plans and user stories.
• Manage multiple projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Review AI outputs for security, scaling, and production readiness.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Develop reusable prompts, workflows and development practices.
• Support the wider engineering function in adopting agentic ways of working.
