At Travel Chapter, we're proud to be the holiday home people. From our beginnings in North Devon to supporting thousands of holiday homes across the UK, our people, owners and guests are at the heart of everything we do. As a certified B Corp, we're committed to balancing purpose and profit, creating meaningful experiences while continuously looking for smarter ways to work and innovate.
We're now looking for a Senior AI Developer to help shape the future of software delivery across Travel Chapter.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced software engineer who is excited by the potential of AI and agentic development. Rather than focusing solely on traditional coding, you'll work at the intersection of technology, product and business change, using AI coding agents and emerging development tools to rapidly build solutions that solve real-world challenges.
Working closely with Product Managers and stakeholders across the business, you'll identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve efficiency and create bespoke internal applications that deliver tangible value. You'll be helping us unlock opportunities that simply haven't been possible before, enabling teams to work smarter and focus their time where it matters most.
As one of the early specialists in this space, you'll play a key role in defining how agentic software development is adopted across Travel Chapter, helping to shape our tools, practices and future direction.
We're less interested in a specific technology stack and more interested in finding someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a genuine passion for AI-driven development.

Most importantly, you’ll be part of a business that believes in doing things differently. As a certified B Corp, we’re committed to creating positive impact alongside commercial success, and we’re looking for people who want to help build the future with us.
