Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a proactive engineer to join our AI Engineering Capability in Edinburgh. You will deploy into projects, shape architecture with the AI platform team, and build workflows and templates to enhance engineering modelling tooling.

The role emphasizes being an expert user, enabling knowledge transfer and stronger capability across multiple programmes, with hybrid working and strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tooling and platform integration.
• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams to drive outcomes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to leave usable artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into projects to scope and solve high-value engineering problems with the platform’s tooling.
• Collaborate with the AI platform team to influence architecture and design decisions.
• Build custom applications, workflows and templates to enable development and modelling tooling.
• Become an expert user and drive adoption of tooling across teams.
• Upskill IPT engineers so the team is more capable after you leave.
