Job summary
Leonardo UK is seeking Senior or Principal Software Engineers with a passion for AI/ML to join the Electronics UK software community in Luton. You will develop deployable AI/ML software for challenging civilian and military projects, collaborating with systems engineers on research projects and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience delivering high-integrity software in regulated environments.
- Experience on Agile projects across full software life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop deployable AI/ML software for civil and military projects.
- Support systems engineers on research projects with AI/ML capabilities.
- Build scalable data pipelines, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Curate datasets and manage embeddings with security and privacy in mind.
- Design and test prompts; improve prompts and assess model outputs for bias and reliability.
