Job summary

Sainsbury's Bank is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead identity and access governance. You will drive AI-enabled security initiatives, analyze sign-in and access data, and implement robust controls across cloud and on-premises environments.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver secure identity solutions, mentor engineers, and shape governance standards in a fast-paced retail banking setting.

Qualifications

• Proven IAM principles and Zero Trust experience.
• Leadership in AI-driven IAM/cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ability to analyze identity telemetry and derive actions.
• Extensive Microsoft Entra ID and PAM experience.
• Experience with IAM governance tools (Saviynt, SailPoint).
• Cloud security across Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Define AI use cases for identity governance and risk reduction.
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to meet milestones.
• Support IAM/PAM solutions across IT teams and users.
• Safeguard data via IAM/PAM best practices.
• Define AI use cases aligned to identity governance.
• Analyze telemetry to identify improvements.
• Translate requirements into detailed delivery plans.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards.
• Make architectural decisions for IAM/PAM+AI challenges.
• Remove blockers to enable timely delivery.
• Support secure cloud access and governance.
• Help detect identity threats with AI/ML.
• Communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
