Job summary

Financial Conduct Authority in the UK is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to join the Technology Resilience team. The role focuses on design, implementation and operation of identity and access management across cloud environments.

You will work with IDAM, PAM, IGA, PKI, and identity governance tools, with exposure to Entra/AWS platforms, to contribute to secure enterprise solutions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Security Engineering with IAM, PAM and IGA.
• Strong architectural, leadership and communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and AWS Identity services in cloud environments.
• Experience with Delinea Secret Server or Saviynt.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation and optimisation of IDAM security products and automations.
• Provide technical support and management of the FCA Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.
• Support the continued onboarding of FCA critical applications.
• Work effectively and collaboratively within a team of cloud security engineers.
• Provide technical support and management of the FCA Enterprise PKI platform.
• Identify and manage AI and Non-Human Identities (NHIs).
• Gain exposure to Azure and AWS security platforms and development opportunities across a multi-technology Cyber team.
• Provide technical support and management of the FCA Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
