Job summary

Synechron in London seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design and ship agentic AI applications within Corporate Functions. You will embed with a small pod, own end-to-end builds on Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services, and push production-ready solutions with rapid iteration.

You will work hands-on to balance low-code options with custom code, ensure security, governance and data lineage, and partner with business sponsors to deliver measurable impact in weeks, not quarters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building agentic or multi-agent AI systems in production.
• Strong command of state management, concurrency, idempotency and authorization.
• Hands-on integration with enterprise APIs and data platforms.
• Experience with modern AI patterns including retrieval-augmented generation and agent orchestration.
• Strong Azure expertise to provision, configure, deploy and operate cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and harden agentic AI applications reading from and writing to enterprise systems.
• Embed as technical lead in a small pod, moving from problem to prototype to production rapidly.
• Run iterative build cycles with quick feedback and refinement.
• Ensure security, reliability, scalability, observability, and governed write-back to source systems.
• Balance low-code and custom code where appropriate; ensure AI-ready data with governance and lineage.
