Job summary

Workday seeks an AI Deployment Architect to design end-to-end AI transformations for complex customers, connecting Sana Enterprise AI, Native AI Agents, and Agent Builder Platform to drive ROI. You’ll advise executives, shape AI-enabled processes, and guide adoption for HR, Finance, and IT leaders.

In this role, you’ll lead functional workstreams, ensure ethical, scalable solutions, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into value-driven roadmaps for customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven solutions in an enterprise context.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting or functional implementation including leading complex multi-country projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Solution Design / Strategic Advisory: translate AI capabilities into clear business value and adoption plans.
• Functional Leadership: lead workstreams for AI initiatives including requirements discovery and process design.
• Innovation & Feedback: share field insights with Product/Engineering to influence features and platform.
• Ecosystem Alignment: ensure data models, security, and integrations support AI use cases.
