Job summary

Arm is seeking an experienced roles-focused engineer to join the Partner Enablement group in the United Kingdom. You will support Arm-based firmware and software across ML/CV stacks, work with hardware and engineering peers, reproduce complex issues, and drive resolution. You will also deliver training, participate in platform bring-up, and mentor colleagues.

The role emphasizes deep technical leadership, strong C/C++ skills, and travel to Arm sites as needed to enable partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in firmware/software development.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Deep understanding of SoC architecture.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Computer Vision software stacks.
• Experience debugging from firmware to OS/application layers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to partners on firmware, software, ML and CV issues on Arm-based systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, ML and applications engineering peers and cross-functional teams.
• Investigate and reproduce complex customer issues, identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Deliver customer training sessions, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Support major customer project milestones, including platform bring-up and integration activities.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and share technical expertise.
• Travel occasionally to Arm sites.
