Job summary

Redstart Media seeks a role focused on identifying where AI genuinely adds leverage and where it adds noise. You will map workflows, define integration plans, and translate strategy into practical tooling and governance.

The work spans client-facing and internal processes, with a emphasis on clear, implementable guidance for executives and implementers. You will collaborate with leadership and engineering to scope high-value experiments, establish quality standards, and ensure recommendations

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of workflow design and operating realities.
• Ability to distinguish useful automation from novelty.
• Comfort writing clear recommendations and implementation briefs.
• Experience with AI-assisted content or operational tooling.
• Comfort talking to executives and implementers without changing the substance of the recommendation.
• Ability to reason clearly about risk, judgment, and process change.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows for genuine AI leverage.
• Define implementation plans for internal and client-facing AI workflows.
• Translate strategy into process, tooling, and governance recommendations.
• Work with engineering and leadership to scope high-value experiments.
• Document recommendations clearly enough that downstream execution is realistic.
• Help establish practical standards around quality control, review, and failure modes.
