Job summary

Rothstein Recruitment seeks a Principal AI Engineer for an agentic FinTech platform. You will own architecture, governance, and the operational framework for AI-enabled agent systems across a greenfield platform.

You will define standards, tooling, and safety mechanisms to scale AI capabilities securely within a regulated enterprise environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, ML, or AI-focused experience.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments or regulated sectors.
• Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks and model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design platform architecture for intelligent agent deployment and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance, permissions, execution boundaries, and autonomy controls.
• Build observability and evaluation mechanisms for performance and cost.
