Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Scrum Master to lead delivery across multiple teams in enterprise environments within the UK. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Architecture, Engineering, and programme stakeholders to ensure aligned, predictable delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a Scrum Master, deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile, and experience with scaled frameworks such as SAFe. Banking/financial domain exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and scaled frameworks (SAFe preferred).
• Proven experience in Agile delivery and multi-team coordination.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• SDLC, QA, and DevOps awareness.
• Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/SASM, PMI-ACP.
• Banking/Financial industry experience required.
