Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery Manager to steer complex technology and business change across cross-functional teams and external partners. You’ll bring clarity to priorities, remove delivery barriers and help teams deliver valuable outcomes predictably.

Based at the Loudwater site, this hybrid role involves coordinating product, technology and business teams to plan and execute delivery across workstreams, using Scrum, Kanban and pragmatic practices.

Qualifications

• Experienced delivery leader with cross-functional tech delivery background.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use delivery data to improve flow and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of one or more workstreams with clear plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate product, technology, business teams and external suppliers to manage commitments and risks.
• Create conditions for cross-functional teams to deliver predictably with agile practices.
• Maintain plans, risks, issues and reporting for leaders with timely insight.
• Coach teams to build ownership and continuous improvement.
