Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery Manager to steer complex technology and business change across cross‑functional teams and external partners. You’ll turn priorities into clear plans, remove delivery barriers and help teams deliver valuable outcomes predictably.

Based at our Loudwater site, you’ll work in a hybrid model, collaborate with product, technology and operations, and coach teams to adopt agile practices.

Qualifications

• Experienced delivery leader with track record of leading cross-functional tech teams.
• Pragmatic delivery manager familiar with Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery.
• Confident facilitator and communicator with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Comfortable using delivery data to improve flow and predictability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of one or more workstreams with clear plans and milestones.
• Coordinate product, tech, business teams and external suppliers to manage commitments and risks.
• Create conditions for cross-functional teams to deliver predictably using agile practices.
• Maintain plans, risks, issues and reporting with timely leadership updates.
• Coach teams to build ownership and continuous improvement.
