Triad Group Plc is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical, cloud-based projects across client locations with remote options and office bases in Godalming or Milton Keynes. You will guide 5-10 professionals, ensuring agile practice, stakeholder alignment, and value-driven outcomes.

You will manage risks, procurement, and delivery momentum while enabling growth, learning, and innovation within a collaborative culture.

Competenze

Extensive experience delivering projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others.
Strong stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into delivery plans.
Understanding of procurement processes and commercial models.
