Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery of large-scale digital products and services within Data Enablement. You will join a senior leadership team, provide line management, and inspire agile delivery across the transformation programme.

You will define outcomes, plans, and ensure value delivery, coaching teams, and managing stakeholders while balancing live services with change activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience of driving delivery of large-scale digital products and services.
• Experience in complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong agile delivery background with lean techniques and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong agile leadership of complex, scaled programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Design and orchestrate delivery, optimise workflows and implement new processes and techniques to deliver outcomes at scale.
• Lead delivery of complex work across multiple teams and senior stakeholders in hybrid delivery environments.
• Build consensus across services and products and mediate between teams to achieve outcomes.
• Communicate with clarity to build influence and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Optimise delivery flow, restructure teams and unblock impediments; manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Champion Enablement products and services, maximise uptake across the organisation.
• Oversee third-party activity to ensure value for money and strategic alignment with technical and business goals.
• Model the behaviours and culture valued by DWP, creating safe, supportive environments for teams.
