Qualifications

• Maintaining Delivery Momentum: Ability to create an effective delivery ecosystem to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects, products and services using an agile approach.
• Agile and Lean Practices: Coach and lead teams in agile and lean good practices. Create and tailor the right approach for a team. Act as a recognised expert and advocate for agile and lean approaches
• Build High-Performing Teams: Develop and sustain high-performing teams with strong interpersonal relationships. Resolve conflicts constructively, create psychological safety and champion diversity and inclusion.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Communicate ethically and transparently, regularly demonstrating progress and managing expectations effectively.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Drive a culture of continuous learning and upskilling within the team(s). Take responsibility for your own professional development and understand and develop the skills and capabilities of the individuals in the team.

• Lead digital delivery in complex environments, ensuring effective planning, governance, risk management and coordination across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, aligning priorities and driving informed decision-making.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing teams by removing barriers, encouraging continuous improvement and developing agile delivery capability across the organisation.
• Through periods of change and ambiguity, help teams adapt, deliver value and achieve sustainable outcomes.
