Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital services in the UK from London or Leeds. You will provide hands-on agile leadership across multidisciplinary teams, translate product strategy into delivery plans, manage blockers and dependencies, and ensure alignment with the GDS service standard.

This role offers a hybrid working model and opportunities to collaborate with senior stakeholders across government and industry.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex digital or technology delivery within government or public sector.
• Strong practical knowledge of agile delivery methods with hybrid approaches.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary digital teams including product, engineering and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital services within scope, budget, and timeframes.
• Provide hands-on agile delivery leadership and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Managers to translate strategy into delivery plans.
• Oversight of teams across delivery, product, engineering, QA, BA and design.
• Ensure user-centred design is integrated throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Prepare services for GDS service assessments and respond to feedback.
• Maintain delivery controls: plans, RAID, dashboards and reports.
• Provide transparent progress reporting to senior management and clients.
