The role demands deep expertise in agent-based modeling, ML frameworks, and cloud deployments, with leadership responsibilities across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in ML/AI program management.
• Proven track record delivering AI systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of agent-based modeling and autonomous systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of AI models.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Conduct research to advance Agentic AI and apply findings to real-world apps.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices.
• Document processes and ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
