People Hive HR Consultancies LLC in London seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers. The role combines software engineering, LLM frameworks, enterprise integrations and customer-facing technical delivery.

Hands-on AI development with production deployment experience is a key differentiator. The candidate will engage with enterprise clients, work in a hybrid setup, and join a full-time team at senior level with English

Formación

• Several years of hands-on software engineering in Python, TypeScript, Java or equivalent.
• Practical LLM and AI agent development experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework (OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework or LangGraph).
• Understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, cloud services or enterprise apps.
• Ability to engage with enterprise customers and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Unrestricted UK work authorisation, with no sponsorship required.
