Qualifications

• Experience leading quality systems and audits in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS.
• Proven RCCA investigations and 8D problem solving.
• Lead Auditor with AS9100D/AS9102 familiarity preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Lean knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the site Quality Management System.
• Plan audits and host external audits, closing findings.
• Drive RCCA and continuous improvement activities.
• Support customer quality concerns and NPI projects.
• Coordinate training and product safety/compliance activities.
