Job summary

Marshall Harmony is seeking a proactive QHSE Manager to lead a manufacturing quality and safety function across aerospace, defence and electronics customers. You’ll own QHSE, drive the QMS, manage customer quality issues, internal escalations and audits.

You'll develop people, lead on site, engage shop floor teams, and align with a multinational group while maintaining a local family business feel. NEBOSH is essential and compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 and NADCAP will be your focus.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH as a minimum requirement.
• Strong manufacturing quality experience.
• Background in aerospace/defence or other heavily regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own QHSE within the manufacturing business and drive the QMS.
• Lead audits, customer quality issues and internal escalations across ISO 9001/AS9100/NADCAP.
• Develop people and build a high-performing team on the shop floor.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to improve quality and compliance.
