Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering, part of the Senior Aeroflow Technologies Aerospace division, seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) adviser to promote a safety-first culture across the site in Royston, UK.

You will support the EH&S Manager, drive continual improvement, deliver training, manage KPI reporting and help ensure ISO 14001:2026 compliance while collaborating with HR and operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a Health & Safety/ Environmental role in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Organised, able to prioritise, and remain calm in emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound understanding of ISO 14001:2026 standard.
• Educated to HNC/HND or Degree level.
• NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.

Aufgaben

• Assist and support the EH&S Manager and teams in delivering environmental and safety management systems.
• Drive continual improvement and KPI performance for energy, waste and safety targets.
• Support ISO14001:2026 certification efforts and audit readiness.
• Coach operations management in incident reporting and root-cause investigations.
• Contribute to employee training, inductions and safety education programs.
• Collaborate with HR on health surveillance and risk assessments.
