Job summary

Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering in Royston, UK, is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety advisor to provide hands-on support across the business. You will influence stakeholders through policy, practice and education to ensure operations stay within EH&S parameters and drive continual improvement.

You will assist in developing and delivering initiatives to reduce EH&S risks, support ISO14001:2026 certification, and work with HR, maintenance and operations to embed a zero-harm safety

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety/Environmental role in a Manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities with calmness under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist EH&S Manager and teams in delivering and maintaining environmental and safety management systems.
• Support projects to raise environmental, health & safety performance and meet KPI targets.
• Ensure audit readiness for ISO14001:2026 and drive continuous improvement through best practices.
