• Design fixtures and work-holding devices.
• Select cutting tools and test tool packages.
• Verify NC code using Vericut.
• Create process books and work instructions for machine setup.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality to optimise methods.
• Support bids with manufacturing concepts and quotations.
• Update ERP with component information.
• Coordinate with tooling suppliers to introduce new tooling technology.
• Liaise with subcontractors to deliver programs on time and to specification.
