The role requires a strong track record in leadership, quantitative analysis, and delivering clear, client‑facing recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience at a major consultancy, energy company, financial services company, or other knowledge‑focused firm.
• First‑class or high second‑class university degree.
• Demonstrated success in taking responsibility for project and process management in team‑oriented environments.
• Proven ability to interpret and derive insight from complex quantitative data.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mind‑set, and desire to grow the business.
• Previous energy‑related project or GB/European context experience (desirable).
• Leadership/mentoring experience (desirable).
• Strong academic record (Master's or PhD) (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery of bespoke advisory projects for clients across energy transition technologies and strategies.
• Applying Aurora's energy market models to client needs with rigorous analysis and clear insights.
• Line managing and coaching junior analysts on projects and development.
• Acting as day‑to‑day client contact, managing scope and timelines, building relationships for repeat work.
• Supporting business development by drafting proposals and participating in scoping calls.
