Graham School in York seeks two Senior Advanced Teaching Assistants to work with teachers, the SENCO, and our inclusion team to plan, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning activities across the school. You will play a key role in supporting both individuals and groups of pupils, implementing targeted interventions, and fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth.

A vital aspect of this role is building and sustaining strong, collaborative partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience working with children.
• Exceptional communication and behaviour management skills.
• Firm commitment to inclusion, equality and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate learning activities with teachers, the SENCO and inclusion team.
• Support individuals and groups of pupils; implement targeted interventions.
• Support induction and development of classroom support staff and share best practice.
