Tadcaster Grammar School is seeking an Advanced Teaching Assistant to join the Learning Support Team. The role is based at our campus, with hours including intervention planning and one duty per week, across Monday to Friday during term time.

Qualifications

• Patience and resilience in supporting diverse learners.
• Commitment to high aspirations for students and their wellbeing.
• Experience or willingness to support students with learning, communication and social/emotional needs is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with Learning Support Team across classes and small groups.
• Plan and prepare intervention activities and provide one duty per week.
• Occasionally cover forms when required.
