Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a senior software engineer to design and evolve backend services and APIs, leading end-to-end delivery of complex features across multiple domains. You will collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to align on standards, improve reliability and security, and mentor others while safely integrating AI/ML-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant software engineering experience with ownership of services in a multi-service environment.
• Experience designing backend or full-stack systems and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD in production.
• Experience supporting services in production with monitoring and debugging.
