Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features, collaborate with product and architecture, and ensure reliability, security, and observability in production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Professional software engineering experience with ownership of services or components in a multi-service environment.
• Experience designing backend or full-stack systems with RESTful APIs and data models.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve high-quality software services and components across scalable domains.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features across services or domains, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and ops.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to align on standards and meet business needs.
• Improve reliability, performance, security, and observability through robust engineering practices, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
