Samsung Ads in London is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Data & Measurement Partnerships on a 12-month contract. The role sits hybrid in London and drives strategic sourcing, end-to-end deal execution, and regulatory-compliant partnerships across EMEA.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Privacy, and Samsung HQ in Suwon to align partnership initiatives with global priorities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in adtech, CTV, programmatic advertising or platform partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the modern programmatic stack, data, measurement, identity, SSP/DSP mechanics, and ad server infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-value commercial negotiations with major technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline across EMEA and global adtech landscape.
• Lead End-to-End deal execution from outreach to contract signature.
• Navigate regulatory and contractual blocks with Legal and Privacy teams (GDPR/ePrivacy).
• Spearhead Data & Measurement strategy across European markets for deal structures.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales and Samsung HQ in Suwon.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and scalable evaluation frameworks for partner performance.
• Serve as an AdTech thought leader influencing product and monetization roadmaps.
