MAP is hiring an Adobe Lead Application Consultant to guide enterprise-scale marketing technology initiatives. You will lead technical vision and delivery, enabling global brands to launch sophisticated campaigns using Adobe Campaign, AJO and AEP.

You will translate business objectives into scalable technical blueprints and mentor cross-functional teams across the client ecosystem. You will shape QA/UAT, define delivery standards, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure end-to-end

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in application consulting, marketing technology, or technical consulting with enterprise delivery experience.
• Proven track record leading campaign execution and enterprise-scale marketing automation architectures.
• Subject matter expertise in one major marketing platform (Adobe Campaign / AJO / AEP) or comparable enterprise solutions.
• End-to-end campaign lifecycle mastery: discovery, design, build, QA, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ability to design and govern scalable, future-proof campaign solutions from the ground up.
• Experience leading enterprise UAT strategies across multi-brand programs.
• Strong documentation skills for high-quality technical specs.

• Direct use of Adobe Experience Platform to orchestrate audiences and data governance.
• Mentor junior and senior consultants and promote technical excellence.
