Job summary

MAP is seeking an Associate Tech Solution Consultant to design and implement Adobe Workfront configurations and governance. You will collaborate with Business Architects and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workfront solutions, supporting testing, deployments and post-launch support.

You will join a global team, sharing knowledge and driving marketing operations and content Supply Chain improvements across diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of Enterprise SaaS platforms and marketing operations.
• Familiarity with Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Architects and stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Gather requirements, document solution decisions and produce technical documentation.
• Translate business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
• Implement Workfront object structures, user access, permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards and governance configurations.
• Support SIT, UAT, package deployments, go-live activities and post-launch hypercare.
