  • Responsible for assisting and completing professional checks (conflicts, money laundering) for all new claims and providing updates on respective files where appropriate.
  • Responsible for populating and submitting insurer audit report/s monthly, gathering data from team generated spread sheets.
  • Dealing with Accounts queries, obtaining billing guides when requested facilitating regular client billing disciplines by the fee-earners.
  • Working closely with other team members and provide support where appropriate. This may require from time to time assisting in preparation of Court bundles and booking appointments.
  • Producing correspondence and documentation within the parameters of the department’s house style ensuring consistency and accuracy in presentation.
  • Undertaking a range of administrative responsibilities, including accurately recording meeting minutes, efficiently managing diaries, and providing comprehensive support to fee earners in resolving queries.
  • Arranging travel/hotel stays for members of the department.
  • Running weekly reports for the department fee earners.
  • Arranging appointments with clients.

  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and use initiative where appropriate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and demonstrate empathy and professionalism when supporting clients or colleagues in sensitive or challenging situations.
  • A team player mindset to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to shared objectives.
