The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience within a GP surgery or primary care setting, with a good understanding of practice operations, patient services and administrative processes. Experience with EMIS is highly desirable. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Support the day to day operations of the practice, working closely with the Business Manager and helping ensure staff meet their responsibilities. Support the supervision, induction, training, recruitment and absence management of reception and administrative staff.
