Base pay range

Senior Administrator

  • 9 months FTC with opportunity to convert to a permanent role

Job Description: Working within the Talent team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to identify and engage with potential candidates. This position involves a blend of administrative tasks and direct communication with individuals. No prior experience is necessary, but an interest in technology is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research to identify potential candidates.
  • Proactively reaching out to individuals via phone and email.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
  • Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions and postings.
  • Providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
