Fintelligent Search in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Administration Manager who combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of the Client and Pension Administration teams. You will own performance metrics, steer workloads against SLAs, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

This role requires coaching, risk management, and close collaboration with senior leadership; office-based five days per week; a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing teams within a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Track record of managing KPIs, SLAs, workloads and performance against clear operational standards.
• Experience developing people while confidently addressing performance issues and maintaining accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management, workload allocation and performance of the Client and Pension Administration teams.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, workloads, capacity, quality and backlogs, taking action when performance moves off track.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining clear accountability and high operational standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and process improvements, working with senior leadership to resolve issues and support continued growth.
