• Experience managing SLAs, workloads, backlogs, productivity, quality and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Administration and Client Support teams, managing workloads and capacity.
• Drive performance against KPIs, SLAs, productivity and quality.
• Identify operational risks and bottlenecks with senior leadership.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous improvement of the function.
