NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to lead the Adult ADHD pathway. The role involves running non-medical prescribing clinics, titrating ADHD medications, and conducting annual reviews within a multidisciplinary team.

The post focuses on advancing the ADHD service, governance, and shared-care arrangements across North East London, with emphasis on safe, evidence-based medicines use and service development. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Non-medical prescribing within ADHD pathway.
• Expertise in psychopharmacology for ADHD medicines.
• Leadership in medicines optimisation and governance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient-centred ADHD clinics as a non-medical prescriber.
• Assess, titrate and review ADHD medication incl. annual reviews.
• Contribute to prescribing guidelines and formulary development.
• Support shared-care arrangements and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
• Provide education, supervision and mentorship to staff.
