• Owning project-based engagements from scoping and planning through execution and measurement across onboarding, migrations, beta testing, and account expansion
• Providing onboarding support, feature training, platform consultation, and campaign strategy guidance within time-bound engagements to build customer capability
• Analyzing data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and actionable recommendations within project timelines
• Developing scalable resources and guidance to reduce dependency and accelerate platform proficiency
• Supporting product beta participation and gathering customer feedback to inform product and services design
• Sourcing and qualifying new project opportunities and sharing best practices to strengthen the PSC team
