Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Programmatic Manager to lead end-to-end programmatic activity for a portfolio of advertisers, owning activation, optimization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years hands-on DSP experience, familiarity with The Trade Desk, DV360 or StackAdapt, and a proactive, client-focused approach. This hybrid role offers exposure to strategy, mentorship of juniors, and progression as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on programmatic experience.
• Experience using platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360 and/or StackAdapt.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, audience targeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across multiple advertisers.
• Take ownership of campaign delivery and performance against key objectives.
• Analyse campaign data and produce insightful post-campaign reports with clear recommendations.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and campaign structures across leading DSPs.
• Collaborate with commercial and account management teams on client briefs and project delivery.
• Support Test & Learn initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation across accounts.
• Contribute to internal meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team where required.
