Job summary

Kwalee’s Leamington Spa studio is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead UA across our mobile portfolio. You will shape strategy, grow and mentor a UA team, and ensure profitable scale for live hits and new titles.

You’ll own targets with analytics support, drive creative testing, collaborate with marketing and product, and push for efficiency and impact across campaigns in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Senior UA experience in mobile games with profitable scale across ad networks and social channels.
• Experience leading or mentoring UA Managers.
• Strong grasp of ROAS, payback, LTV and cohort analysis in a privacy-first world.
• Love of creative testing and knowing what makes an ad win on channels.
• Excellent commercial judgment: explain every budget decision in pounds.
• Comfortable with campaigns, spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Clear, confident communicator who persuades with evidence.

Responsibilities

Kwalee’s Product & Growth team is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to steer User Acquisition across our mobile portfolio: live hits, much-loved classics, and exciting new games looking for their big break.

We’ll shape the title around your experience, from Senior UA Manager to Lead UA Manager or even Head of UA, because it’s the impact that matters.

This role is for you if you’re a hands-on UA leader who gets a real buzz from spotting where the next profitable pound of spend is hiding, and proving it. You’ll grow a team of UA Managers who proudly own their games, and bring an investor’s eye to the whole portfolio so every game and every campaign earns its place in the spotlight.

This role is based on-site 5 days per week at our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Steer portfolio UA. Set the UA strategy across our games and channels, and put every pound where it works hardest.
• Grow a brilliant team. Lead and coach our UA Managers, give each of them clear ownership of their games, and help them do the best work of their careers.
• Unlock profitable scale. Find the games ready to grow faster, and move quickly when something isn’t paying back.
• Keep targets sharp. Work with our analytics team on LTV and ROAS targets, and bring a healthy challenge when the numbers don’t add up.
• Power the creative engine. Partner with our creative and analytics teams so every game has a steady flow of fresh ads being tested, learned from, and scaled.
• Give new games a fair shot. Run clean, consistent market tests for our new game ideas so we can spot the winners early.
• Be the UA voice in our game teams. Share what the market is telling us with producers, product, and monetisation, and turn game improvements into more growth.
• Build great partnerships. Work closely with ad networks and platforms, and keep exploring new channels

What You’ll Own:

What We’re Looking For:

Essential

• Senior UA experience in mobile games, with F2P titles you’ve scaled profitably across ad networks and social channels.
• Experience leading or mentoring UA Managers.
• A strong grasp of ROAS, payback, LTV and cohort analysis, and of measurement in today’s privacy- first world.
• A love of creative testing, and a feel for what makes an ad win on different channels.
• Great commercial judgement: you can explain every budget decision in pounds.
• Happy getting hands-on with campaigns, spreadsheets and BI tools.
• A clear, confident communicator who brings people along with evidence.

Desirable

• Hybrid-casual or puzzle mobile game experience is a big plus.
