Kwalee is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to be the data-driven radar for our mobile portfolio. You’ll model LTV and ROAS, monitor revenue and spend, and guide where the money goes across games and channels.

Kwalee’s Growth Analytics team is looking for a Senior Growth Analyst (or Senior Data Analyst) to be the early-warning radar and the money brain of our mobile portfolio. Whenever the data hints at a problem or an opportunity, you’ll help us see it, size it, and act on it fast.
You go way beyond reporting. You’re the kind of analyst who says: “Here’s an opportunity, here’s why it’s happening, here are three ways to win it, and I’ll check next week how we did.”
This role is based onsite 5 days per week at our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.Portfolio insight and commercial modelling. You’ll be the first to spot what’s changing across our games, put a number on it, and bring a clear recommendation; you’ll keep our LTV models fresh so every UA decision stands on solid ground.
