• 12 years full‑time postgraduate training since primary medical qualification.
• 6 years’ experience in Acute Medicine specialty or similar.
• Evidence of audit and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general clinical services for the Trust.
• Ensure diagnosis & treatment of patients at hospitals & clinics.
• Participate in undergraduate & postgraduate education and training.

Skills

Independent clinical practice in Acute Medicine

Teaching undergraduates & postgraduates

Monitoring patients remotely (virtual ward)

Experience of Same Day Emergency Care

Education

MBBS or equivalent

MRCP or equivalent

Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
