Job summary

The role leads client engagements, applying advanced actuarial methods in financial reporting, modelling, pricing, regulatory topics, and M&A for Bermuda clients. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Fellow actuary qualification or equivalent professional credential required.
• Proven actuarial consulting experience and 10+ years preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to client projects through applying technical actuarial expertise.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client contacts and ensure quality execution.
• Interface with colleagues across practices and regions on client assignments.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple engagements.
• Demonstrate effective client communication and project management delivering on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to IP development and new tools.
• Support revenue generation by meeting billable targets and pursuing new business.
