Job summary

Willis Towers Watson invites you to an eight-week internship within our Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team. You’ll gain real-world experience, working with industry-leading experts on client, research and development projects, using actuarial and statistical modelling to deliver insights.

You will present analyses, collaborate with colleagues in the UK and globally, and build essential technical and consulting skills with hands-on training and access to open-source tools and WTW

Qualifications

• Penultimate year at university in the UK
• On track for a 2:1 degree with A-level Mathematics (A or above) and UCAS points
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communicator able to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Interest in AI, data science and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Contributing to client, research and development projects
• Using actuarial and statistical modelling techniques to analyse data and generate insights
• Presenting analysis to colleagues and clients
• Collaborating with UK and global teams to tackle real-world actuarial problems
• Developing core technical and consulting skills through hands-on work and mentorship
• Learning and applying open-source tools and WTW proprietary insurance technology solutions
