Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an Activities Coordinator to create and run engaging activities for residents in our care homes across England. You will mentor staff and foster meaningful interactions that respect dignity and individuality.

You will lead groups, organize activities, and tailor programmes to residents’ needs, ensuring a positive daily experience and opportunities for personal expression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is desirable.
• Ability to plan and lead group activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Create and run engaging activities tailored to residents.
• Mentor and train staff on interacting with residents.
• Uphold residents' dignity and self-esteem through meaningful interactions.
