Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to design and run engaging activities for our residents, tailored to individual needs, to foster joy and social interaction. You will lead and inspire activity programs across our homes.

You will mentor and train staff on how to interact with residents, uphold dignity, and celebrate individuality within our care setting, ensuring compassionate, person-centered care across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in activities coordination or leading groups is a plus.
